' f I NOW THEREFORE: 3 _ s��i BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: 1 SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to Premium Builders, Inc., a Texas Corporation, covering the following described property, to-wit: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 186, Tarrytown Addition to the City of Lubbock, Texas; li THENCE Southeasterly along the West property line of said Lot 186 a distance of 30.0 feet to a point; THENCE Northeasterly perpendicular to the West line of said Lot 186 a distance of 2.0 feet to a point; I THENCE Northwesterly parallel and 2 feet East of the West line �^ I of said Lot 186 a distance of 30 feet more or less to a point in the North line of said Lot; THENCE Southwesterly a distance of 2.0 feet more or less to the POINT OF BEGINNING,.
