WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that the following described portion 4 f said East 21st Street heretofore closed and abandoned by Ordinance $ is no longer needed for public use as a public street; NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1, THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized 'n directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lubbock covering the following described' property, to-wit: BEGINNING At the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Wheelock's Corne Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE North 25 feet; i THENCE East 140 feet; THENCE South 25 feet; THENCE West along the North line of said Lot 1, Block 2, a distance of 140 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
