THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized land directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to A. L. Cone and Jack Kastman, a partnership, covering the following described property, to-wit: TRACT I. BEGINNING at the North east corner of Lot 22, Melonie Park Addition to the City of Lubbock; THENCE South along the East line of said Lot 22 a distance of 113 feet to a point; THENCE West 2 feet to a point; i THENCE North 113 feet to a point; THENCE East 2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TRACT II.. BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 27 Melonie Park i Addition to the City of Lubbock; i THENCE South 113 feet to a point; THENCE West 2 feet to a point; THENCE North 113 feet to a point; THENCE East 2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING., SECTION 2.
