WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that a certain underground electric line easement located on Lot 115 of McKenzie Mamas Addition to the City of ILubbock, Lubbock County, Texas is no longer needed for public use. NOW,THEREFORE: I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to Dickey and Frazier, a Texas partnership, covering the following described property, to-wit: I A tract of land 2 feet wide on the East side of Lot 115 McKenzie Manors Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas. SECTION 2. THAT the City Secretary shall attest the signature of the Mayor to said deed and shall affix the Seal of the City of Lubbock thereto.
