HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 1406 - Quit Claim Deed - Shadow Hills National Bank - Guy Easement, Tract E SH Addition - 06_09_1983JWF/mck RESOLUTION RESOLUTION 1406 - 6/9/83 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed in favor of Shadow Hills National Bank, Lubbock, Texas, attached herewith which shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of this Council shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same premises together with all and singular the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever, so that neither the GRANTOR, CITY OF LUBBOCK, its successors or assigns, nor any persons claiming under it shall at any time hereinafter, have, claim or demand any right to the title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or any part thereof.
