WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that a certain utility easement
located on Lot 200, Tarrytown Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County,
Texas, is no longer needed for public use,

NOW THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:

SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized
! anddirected to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed
to Premium Builders, Inc. , a Corporation, covering the following described
property, to-wit:

A tract of land two (2) feet wide extending parallel to and adjacent
to the east boundry line of Lot 200, Terrytown Addition to the City
of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, said tract extending from the
south boundry line to the north boundry line of said Lot 200.
SECTION 2. THAT the City Secretary shall attest the signature of the
Mayor to said deed and shall affix the Seal of the City of Lubbock thereto.

1962.
