Hall - Norman Addition - 09_13_1962 �P S:1km 02 _ L RESOLUTION 13 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PORTION OF THE LEY IN BLOCK 2, LOT 6 OF THE NORMAN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LUMD D DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONVEYANCE TO W. M. HALL. WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of the City of Lubbo k that a certain portion of the alley in Block 2, Lot 6 of the Norman Addition to the Cit f Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, as more particularly described in the body of his resolution is not being used and will not in the future be used or needed for publ� purposes or alley purposes or any other public purposes; and, WHEREAS. it has been determined that it would be to the public interest for the City of Lubbock to quit claim its interest in said portion of said alley to W.M.HALL NOW THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver on behalf of said City a quit claim deed to W. M, HALL, conveying its interest in and to the following described portion of the alley in Block 2, Lot 6 of the Norman Addition, in the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, exas, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: ^ BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Norman Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE South 20.5 feet along the West line of said Lot 6; THENCE West 0.9 feet; THENCE North 20.5 feet; THENCE East 0.9 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,' Provided that should the building now occupying the above described property ever be removed from said above described property, said above described propert shall revert to, and title to said property shall vest in, the CITY OF LUBBOCK SECTION 2.
