'' l jl WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that a certain portion of the East-West (Alley between lots 35 and 36, Block 2, Dupree Addition to the City of Lubbock, ',Lubbock County, Texas, is no longer needed for public use or as a public alley; INOW THEREFORE: I !BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CPTY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized land directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock a Quit Claim Deed to George P. Kuykendall, Roger L. Kuykendall, Martha K. Jones, and Ii ,;Jo Ann Kuykendall Schneider, covering the following described property, to-wit: I COMMENCING at a point 5.0 feet South of the original Northwest corner of iLot 35, Block 2, Dupree Addition, Thence East a distance of 20.0 feet to the ('point of BEGINNING; {i. THENCE East 105.6 feet to a point for an inside corner of this tract; 11 THENCE South a distance of 74. 16 feet to a point; 1, THENCE East a distance of 1,0 feet to a point; THENCE North 89. 16 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract, {jsaid point being 10.0 feet North of the South line of Lot 36, Block 2, Dupree iAddition; THENCE West 106, 6 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract; l THENCE South 15.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING, SECTION 2.
