Agency of the City of Lubbock to convey to said Agency the property hereinafter more fully described which is necessary to the continued development of the Urban i Renewal plan for the City of Lubbock; and, WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that such property is no longer needed by the City for any general public purpose; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: i f SECTION 1.
