HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 061462L - Pavement Improvements - Kerr Paving Co - Richland Hills Addition - 06_14_1962 A l F' RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMOVEHENTS OR PORTIONS CIF STREETS /CR AVENUES AS LISTED BELM: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Richland Hills Addition, made arrange- ments with Kerr Paving Company for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Richland Hills _ Addition including the following streets: 46th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Lot 310 Richland Hills Addition to its intersection with a line 9. feet West of the Wes Property Line of Slide Road, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1119. 47th Street from its intersection with the blest Property Line of Lot 351 Richland Hills Addition to its intersection with a line 9 feet blest of the Wes Property Line of Slide Road, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1120. Bangor Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivisior Unit Number 1121. Albany Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North r Property Line of 46th Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet North of the alley North of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1122. Albany Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the alley South of 47th Street, known and -designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1123. Slide Road (Completion of alley returns on west side of Slide Road at alley North of 46th Street, alley South of 46th Street and alley South of 47th street ,) known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 1124. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby —� authorised to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to release escrow money. i This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
