Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 1342 - Agreement - LDC Inc - Storage Building, Health Unit Facility 19Th St & Texas Ave - 03_31_1983DGV:js RFQnTI1TTnW RESOLUTION 1342 - 3/31/83 Bid #7230 WHEREAS, the City of Lubbock has solicited bids for the construction of a storage building to be located at the new City Health Unit building at 19th and Texas Avenue; and WHEREAS, such bids have been duly opened and evaluated, NOW THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and is hereby authorized and di- rected to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock an Agreement between the City of Lubbock and Lubbock Development Co., 8212 Ithica, Suite 1, for the construction of said storage building, which Agreement is attached hereto and shall be spread upon the minutes of the Council and as spread upon the minutes of the Council shall constitute and be a part of Reso tion as if fully copied herein in detail.
