Adams - Section 15 Block A - 05_24_1962 F:wg 'Q la .2 + RESOLUTION Z'C.2 &1i Q BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: I THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed i to execute for and on behalf of said City, a Quit Claim Deed to C. L. Adams, Sr. and wife, Ann L. Adams, coverning a sanitary sewage line easement. A copy of said Quit Claim Deed shall be spread upon the Minutes of this Commis- sion, and as spread upon the minutes of this Commission, same shall constitute and be a part of this Resolution as if fully copied herein in detail. L. Adams, Sr. and wife, Ann L. Adams of the County of Lubbock and State of Texas ,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do, by these presents, BARGAIN, SELL, RELEASE, AND FOREVER QUIT CLAIM unto the said C. L. Adams, Sr. and wife, Ann L. Adams, their heirs and assigns, all its right title and interest in and to that certain tract or par- cel of land lying in the County of Lubbock and State of Texas, described as follows, to-wit: A sanitary sewage line easement which is recorded at Volume 752, Page 665 of the Deed Records of Lubbock County, Texas, covering the following described tract of land, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point in the Southeast right of way line of U. S. Highway 87, said point being 2514.83 feet South and 2545.87 feet East of the Northwest corner of Sectinn 15, Block A, Lubbock County, Texas; THENCE South 89058' East a distance of 1103.8 feet, more or less, to a point in the West line of a 20 foot permanent easement, dated February 6, 1958, and filed in Volume 682, page.617 of Lubbock County Deed Records; THENCE Southwesterly along the West line of said 20 foot permanent easement a distance of 11. 05 feet to a point; y THENCE North 89058' West a distance of 1103.6 feet, more or less, to a point in the Southeast right of way line of U. S. 87; THENCE North 24016' East along said Southeast right of way line of U. S. Highway 87 a distance of 10.97 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
