HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 101261H - Pavement Improvements - Kerr Paving Co - Hornes Mesa Addition - 10_12_1961 r RESOLUTION J9 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ItfPROVENJIMTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR , \ AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of Cit ' Ordinance 1331; the subdivider of Hornes Hesa Addition, made arrangements with Kerr Paving Company for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of homes 11esa Addition including the following streets: North Avenue L from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of Adrian Street (East Leg) to its intersection with a line 13 feet North of the North Property Line of Bradley Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 494. Bradley Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet East of the East Property Line of North Avenue L to its intersection with a line 65.27 feet East of the East Property Line of Cypress Road known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 495. Cypress Road (Concrete only) from its intersection with a line 30 feet South of the South Property Line of Adrian Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of Adrian Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 940. Adrian Street from its intersection with a line 27 feet West of the East Proper- ty Line of North Avenue L to its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Property Line of North Avenue N known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 941. North Avenue N from its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of Adrian Street to its intersection with a line 16 feet South of the South Property Line of Adrian Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 942. North Avenue K from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of Adrian Street to its intersection with a line 3 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of Adrian Street known and designa- ted as New Subdivision Unit Number 955 North Avenue L from its intersection with a line 13 feet North of the North Property Line of Bradley Street to its intersection with a line 16 feet North of the North Property Line of Clemson Street known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 956. Clemson Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Property Line of North Avenue N to its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Property Line of North Avenue L known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 957. North Avenue N from its intersection with a line 16 feet North of the North Property Line of Adrian Street (East leg) to its intersection with a line 16 feet South of the South Property Line of Clemson Street known and designa- ted as New Subdivision Unit Number 958. A AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to Lave been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. r THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City?s portion of the cost and to release escrow money.
