WARREN AND WIFE, MRS. M. W. WARREN, FOR THAT PORTION OF 50TH STREET, LUBBOCK, TEXAS HERETOFORE ABANDONED AND FULLY DES- CRIBED IN THIS R£SDLUTION. WHEREAS, that portion of 50th Street, as herein described, has been abandoned as a street and public use; and WHEREAS, that Lester C. Cooper and wife, Mrs. Lester C. Cooper and M. W. Warren and wife, Mrs. M. W. Warren, are now entitled to a quit claim deed from The City of Lubbock, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor/be and he is hereby authorized to execute a quit claim deed to Lester C.
