D. Alexander and wife onda M. Alexander and Velma Gaines, a femme solek covering certain property in which the City of Lubbock has an interest. A copy of said quit claim deed is attached to and made a part of this Resolution. Passed by the City Commission this 27th day of July 1961. DAVID C.
