RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR: TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO MRS. FLINT COSBY, A WIDOW, CONVEYING TO HER FOR SPECIFICALLY STATED PURPOSES ONLY A STRIP OF LAND 35 FEET WIDE AND PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS RESOLU- TION.
