RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK,
THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to
execute for and on behalf of said City a quit claim deed to Frank D. Wilson cover-
ing certain property in which the City of Lubbock has an interest. A copy of said
quit claim deed is attached to and made a part of this Resolution.
Passed by the City Commission this 27th day of July , 1961.
