would contribute the customary city portion of the cost of street paving iri-
prover.,ents, as determined by City of Lubbock paving; policy, to be constructed
:. in accordance ;;pith the ctandard City of Lubbock street plans aril specification
as approved by the City Engineer, aria the otmers of property abutting on East
17th Street, r^.st 18th Street and Holly Avenue have rec_uected to have pavement
improvements constructed on the aforementioned streets and the paving of said
streets is needed to provide access to the area during its construction period
and the City Engineer has approved the plans and specifications for such i_Tn-
nroverents, and,
? M17RFAS, the owners of the property abutting on the herein described
street will contract separately i•rith a. competent contro.ctor for the above
street improvements, and said i:aprovemerts will be constructed in accordance
with the aboverentioned plans and specifications under the supervision of the
City Engineer, and the said owners desire that the City contribute its cust-
or ry share towards such paving, and,
