BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
,.(p SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor BE and he is hereby, authorized and directs
tj for and on,behalf of the City of Lubbock, to execute the attached Right-of-Way
' Easement,, same being incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, con-
veying to the State of Texas an easement for highway purposes, in} along,, upon
and across Parcel 22% Control Right-of-Way 783-2-2p�, Loop 2890'. said lot, tract
or parcel of land being located in Lubbock County,,. Texas, and being more parti-
cularly described as follows, to-wit:
1. 180 acres of land,. same being all of that ceitain tract
of land conveyed to the City of Lubbock by deed "dated June
3 1957, of record in Vol. 658., Page 693 Deed Records
of Lubbock County,,. Texas,,, said tract being in the Southwest
corner of Section 78, Block A. Lubbock County,, Texas.
SECTION 2. THAT The City Secretary is authorized and directed to attest
the signature of the Mayor to said Right-of-Way Easementx affixing the seal of
the City of Lubbock, thereto.
