U� cv a kc f r-�c v,-t RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of said City a Contract of Sale to be entered into by and between said City as seller, and E. R. McCune as purchaser, covering the following described property: A part of Block 6, Suburban Homes Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, more particularly de- scribed by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point 200 feet North and 10 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Block 6; THENCE North 80 feet; THENCE East 172.5 feet; THENCE South 80 feet; THENCE West 172.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
