Hoskins - Original Town - 03_23_1961 I - - 7 1 FO ;wg 6t 2`5(41 RESOLUTION r WHEREAS, the City Commission has found it necessary to lease additional space for City and other purposes to alleviate crowded con- ditions upon the City Hall Block, under the terms and conditions of the attached Lease between Retha R. Martin and J. B. Hoskins, owners of Lots 19 and 20 in Block 86, Original Town of Lubbock, together with the brick building and appurtenances situated thereupon, said Lease being for one (1) year at $500.00 per month rental;--NG iF,�iTHERE'FORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT the Mayor BE, and he is hereby authorized to execute said Lease as approved by the City Attorney as and when the same has been executed by the above named lessors.
