,!-�^`` RESOLUTION fjn A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THREE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEEDS, TO-WIT: ONE TO JOHN W. RUSSELL AND WIFE, MAXIN C. RUSSELL; ONE TO C. A. CLARKE AND WIFE, MARY ETTA CLARKE; AND ONE TO VENICE ALTON RYAN AND WIFE, PANSY. RYAN CONVEYING PRO- PERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN. WHEREAS, the City Commission as the governing body of the City of Lubbock, ' Texas, a municipal corporation had determined that 49th Street in said City shoul be opened for approximaterly 300 feet West from Avenue D in said City and State; and, WHEREAS, it has been determined in the taansaction that special warranty deeds should be executed to the following individuals for property described after their respective names, to-wit: (a) John W. Russell and wife, Maxine C. Russell, for the following propert A parcel of land out of Block 4, Suburban Homes Addition, an Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 176.0 feet Not•th and 75.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Block 4; THENCE North 59.0 feet to a point; THENCE West 86.5 feet to a point; THENCE South 21.7 feet to a point; THENCE East 7.5 feet to a point; THENCE South 27.3 feet to a point; THENCE South 450001 East a distance of 14. 14 feet to a point; THENCE East 69.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
