RESOLUTION ACCEPTING neROVE NTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND AVERS
AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
-4rdiaaape 1331, the subdivider of Lyndale Acres, made arrangements with Pioneer
Pavers, Contractor, for the construction of paving improvements on certain
streets dedicated .in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance
prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Lyndale Acres including the
following streets:
53rd Sheet from its intersection with the east Lip Line of Avenue D, Bast to
.and including the Cul-de-sac and the adjustm nts .on 54th Street between Avenue
B and Avenue A, know, and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 486.
Avenue B from its intersection with a. line 15 feet North of the .North Property
Line of 53rd Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet North of the Borth
Property Line of the alley Borth of 53rd Street and designated as New Subdi-
vision Unit Number 487.
Avenue A (curb and gutter only) from its intersection with.a like.9 feet South
of the forth Property Line of 54th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5
teat North of the North Property Lh a of the alley North of 53rd Street, known
and designated as New Subdivision,Unit Number 488.
AM REAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above=
mentioned .streets was performed tender the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TES.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovemehtioned streets be
and the &ame are Hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in farce from and after its
passage.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by
Pioneer Pagers, paving contractor, under their contract dated
January 24, 1959 with the subdividers of Lyndale Acres and
find the improvements on 53rd Street, Avenue B and Avenue A
as listed on the final estimate sheet to have been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications and recommend
that you accept the improvements on said street and avenues,
authorizing 1pa ent to the contractor the amount shown on the
attached consolidated final estimate sheet as due them by the
City of Lubbock.
