RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DIPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:
{j r' WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Horne's Mesa Addition, made arrangements with
J. R. Fanning Construction for the construction of paving improvements on
certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said
Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Horne's Mesa
Addition including the following streets:
Avenue L from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property
Line of Adrian Street(Eesttheg) to its intersection with a line 13 feet South
of the South Property. Line of Bradley Street, known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 494.
Bradley Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet East of the East
Property Line of Avenue L to its intersection with a line 65.27 feet East of
the East Property Line of Avenue A, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 495.
North Avenue H from its intersection with a line 59.61 feet South of the South
Property Line of Bradley Street (East Leg) to its intersection with a line
34.45 feet South of the North west property corner of Lot 2, Horne's Mesa
Addition, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 496.
Adrian Street from its intersection with a line 25 feet West of the East Proper-
ty Line of Avenue L to its intersection with the center line of Avenue H, known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 497.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by J. R.
Fanning Construction, paging contractor, under their contract with
the subdividers of Horne's Mesa Addition and find the improvements
on Avenues N and H and streets Adrian and Bradley as listed on the
final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications and recommend that you accept the improvements
on said streets and/or avenues, authorizing payment to the contractor
the amount shown on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as
due him by the City of Lubbock.
