HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 072359G - Pavement Improvements - Kerr & Middleton Inc - Kuykendall Heights - 07_23_1959 J 10723 I 6 o •�,`3• RES OLUT ION f RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW: WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Kuykendall Heights, made arrangements with Kerr and Middleton, Inc. paving contractors, for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Kuykendall Heights including the following streets: 46th Street from the cul-de-sac East of Slide Road to its intersection with a line 15 feet East of the East Property Line of Wayne Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 565. 46th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet East of the East Property Line of Wayne Avenue to its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Property Line of Utica Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 566. 47th Street from the East Paving Line of Slide Road to its intersection with a line 15 feet West ,of the West Property Line of Vicksburg Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 567. 48th Street from the cul-de-sac East of Slide Road to its intersection".with a line 15 feet East of the East Property Line of Wayne Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 568. 48th Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet East of the East Property Line of Wayne Avenue to its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Property Line of Utica Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 569. York Avenue from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of alley South of 48th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 48th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 570. York Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 48th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 47th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 571. York Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 572. Wayne Avenue from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of 45th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated �^ as New Subdivision Unit Number 573. 07256444 Wayne Avenue from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of alley South of 48th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 48th Street, known and designated as .New Subdivision Unit Number 574. Vicksburg Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 48th Street (West Leg) to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 46th Street (West Leg), known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 575. Utica Avenue from its intersection with a line 30 feet North of the South Property Line of 46th Street to its intersection with a line 30 feet South of the North Property Line of 48th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 576. Utica Avenue from its intersection with a line 28 feet South of the North Property Line of 46th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of alley South of 45th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 577. East 1/2 of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of alley South of Lot 476 to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 47th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 578. ,�. East 1/2 of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of alley South of 45th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 579. Utica Avenue from its intersection with a line 28 feet North of the South Property Line of 48th Street to its intersection with a line 17 feet South of the North Property Line of 50th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 580. Vicksburg Avenue from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of alley South of 48th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 48th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 581. AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS. I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost. W 072SSi4$ II. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
