Citizens National Bank of Lubbock$, Texas/a.s requested 3 that the City of Lubbock grant to it an Underground Easement; and WHEREAS:, the City Commission finds that it is expedient and in the public interest to grant said request; NOW THEREFORE: i �E IT' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: 11 j SECTION 1.
