THE OWNER ,AGREES to pay the Architect for such services a fee of One and One-Halt percent (I.S%) of the estimated cost of the Work, with other payments and reimbursements as hereinafter provided. THE PARTIES hereto further e:gree to the following conditions: 1. THE ARCHITECTS SERVICES. The Architect's professional services consist of the necessary conferences and preparation of preliminary studies consisting of space relationship studies, schematic drawings, per- spectives, and cost estimates. 2. REIMBURSEMENTS. - The Owner to to reimburse the Architect the -cost of engraving, brochures and photographs which may be required by the Owner for use in disseminating information to the public.
