RESOLUTION
3, WHEREAS, the note dated June 23, 1954, payable to the City of Lubbock
in the sum of $50.93 executed and delivered by Cresencio Salazar and wife,
Ysarel Salazar,' the payment of which is secured by a Mechanics Lien contract
upon Lot-4 in Block 3, Rio Vista Addition, an addition to the City of Lubbock,
Herb- Sites . Lubbock County, Texas, has been fully paid; and,

',4echan is t s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:

,an.28,195 . SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute a release of the Mechanic's Lien securing
payment of the note dated June 23, 1954, in the principal sum of $50.93 made
by Crescencio Salazar and wife, Ysairrl Salazar, all more particularly describe
in the record of such lien recorded in Volume 75, page 163 of the Records of
Mechanicrs Liens of Lubbock County, Texas, insofar as said lien attaches to Lo
4, Block 3 of the Rio Vista Addition, an addition to the City of Lubbock.
SECTION 2. THAT the execution of such instrument by the Mayor be
attested by the Secretary of the City of Lubbock and such attestation be further
evidenced by the secretary affixing the seal of the City of Lubbock to said
instrument.
