RMLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMOMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETSp AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW.
Ob i1HEftEAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 13311, the subdivides of'Plessant Ridge Addition, Lots 34,1239 made
arrangements with West Texas Construction, Inc., Paving Contractors, for the
r construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
U subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of
the subdivision plat of Pleasant Ridge Addition hots 54t123, including the
following streets ,and/or avemuess
18th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Slide Roadto
its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the West Property Line of
9icksburg.Avenue, known and designated as a part of New Subdivision Unit
Number 277.
York Avenue from its intersection with the South Gutter Line of 18th Street
to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet North of the North Property Line of
the alley South of 18th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 278.
East one-half Slide Road from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet North of
the North Property Line of the alley South of 18th Street to its intersection
with a line, 2.5 feet North of ;the North Property Line of the alley North of
18th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 280.
17th'Place from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Slide Road to
its intersection with a line 13 feet West of the West Property Line of
Vicksburg Avenue, known and designated as a pert of New Subdivision Unit
Number 282.
East one-half of Slide Road from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet North
of'the North Property Line of the alley North of 18th Street to its intersec-
tion with a line 2#5 feet North of the North Property Line of'the alley North
of 17th Place, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 283.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- .
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, aiA
said improvements have' been 'complete3 and have been inspected and found to
have been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in accordance
with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I,
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
beg and the same are hereby accepted land the City Engineer be and is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of cost.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
:passage.

I have examined the paving improvements constructed by
West Texas Construction, Incorporated, Paving Contractors, under
their contract with the subdivider of Pleasant Ridge "dition
Lots 54-123 in accordance with New Subdivision Ordinance No. 1331
and find the improveaents on 18th Street designated as a part of
Now Subdivision Unit No. 277, York dveaue designated as New
Subdivision Unit No. 278, Bast 1/2 Slide Road designated as New
Subdivision Unit No. 280, 17th Place designated as a part of
New Subdivision Unit No. 282, East 1/2 Slide goad designated as
New Subdivision Unit No. 283, as listed on the attached final
esthiate sheet to have been completed in accordance with plans
and specifications and recommend the payment to the contractor
the amount shown on the attached consolidated final estimate
sheet as being due his from the City of Lubbock.
