RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVaMM ON PORTIONS OF STRM—TS AS LISTED
BELOW:
� ry WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Oakwood Addition, made arrangements
�• with Pioneer Pavers, Inc., for the construction of paving improvements on
certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said
Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of Oakwood Addition
including the following (street) or (streets):
College Access Road (East Side) frout its intersection with the centerline of
the Alley South of 54th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North
of the North Property Line of 54th Street, known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 305.
College Access Road (East Side) from its intersection with a line 35 feet
South of South Property Line of 54th Street to its intersection v,2th the
centerline of the Alley South of 54th Street, known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit Number 306.
54th Street,from its intersection Faith the East Paving Line of College Avenue
to its intersection with a line 16 feet West of the nest Property Line of
avenue "W", known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 308.
57th Street from its intersection with a line 17 feet East of the Last
Property Line of College Access Road (East Side) to its intersection with a
line 16 feet West of the 'Pest Property Line of Avenue P1w'", known and designat-e
as New Subdivision Unit Dumber 313.
College Access Road (East Side) from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet
South of the South Property Line of -she Alley South of 56th :street to its
intersection ,wi-ch a line 16 feet North of the North Property Line of 58th
Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 315.
AND `.1fL:�REAS, the construction of the above improvements on the
abovementioned streets was } erformed under the supervision of the City Engine
and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found
to have been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said poritons of the abovementioned
streets be and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and hi
is hereb authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost.
This resolution shall take effect and be in forc6 from and after

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Pioneer
Pavers, Inc., paving contractor, under their contract with the subdividers
of Oakwood ,.ddition and find the improvements on 54th Street, 57th Street,
and College Access Road as listed on the final estimate and assessment sheet
to have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and
recommend that you accept the improvements on said streets, authorising
payment to the contractor the amount shorn on the attached consolidated final
estimate sheet as due them by the _City of Lubbock.
