,TTO ..AS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions
of City Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of hackenzie Terrace Addition,
made arrangements with-West Texas Construction Company for the construction
of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision
under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the sub-
division plat of Mackenzie Terrace Addition including the following streets:
East 1st Street from its intersection with a line 17 feet east
of the east property line of Quirt Avenue to its intersection with a Line
15 feet east of east property line of Redbud Avenue, known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Plumber 439.
East 1st Place from its intersection with a line 17 feet east of
east property line of Quirt Avenue to its intersection with a line 15 feet
east of east property .line of Redbud Avenue known and designated as view
Subdivision Unit Plumber 440.
East 2nd Street from its intersection with a line 17 feet east
of east property line of Quirt Avenue to its intersection with a line
�- 15 feet east of east property line of Redbud Avenue known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Plumber 441..
East 2nd Street from its intersection with a line 15 feet east
of east property line of Redbud Avenue to its intersection with a line
75 feet south of north property line of Parkway Drive known and designated
as New Subdivision Unit Plumber 442.
East 2nd Place from its intersection with a line 17 feet east of
east property line of Quirt Avenue to its intersection with a line 10 feet
west of east property line of Redbud Avenue, known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit I,?umber 443.
Redbud Avenue from its intersection frith a line 75 feet south
of north property line of Parkway Drive to its intersection with a line
15 feet south of south property line of East 2nd Place known and designated
as Yew Subdivision Unit Plumber 444.
Redbud Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet north of
north property line of Fg,st 2nd Street to its intersection with a line
15 feet south of south property line of East lst Place known and designated

Redbud Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet north of
