not in the future be used or e f k public purposes, and;
WHEREAS, it has b en dteVm1ned that it would be to the public interest
for the City of Lubbock to quit claim its interest in such land to Felix O. Kelly
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor, is hereby authorized to execute and
deliver on behalf of the City of Lubbock a quit claim deed to Felix 0. Kelly
conveying its interest in and to the hereinafter described tracts of land particu-
larly described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit:
TRACT NO. 1
BEGINNING at a point 12. 51 South of the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 30,
of the Crump 5 Acre Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas,
said point being also the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Crump 5 Acre Addition
to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE South 127. 51 more or less to the North line of the 15t alley;
THENCE East a distance of Z5t to a point;
THENCE North 127. 51 more or less to a point, said point being 12. 51 South
and 2.5' East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4, ,Block 30, Crump 5 Acre
Addition;
THENCE West 25; to the point of beginning.
TRACT NO. 2
BEGINNING at a point 142. 5; South of the Northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 30,
Crump 5 Acre Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas;
THENCE South 127. 5 t to a point;
THENCE East 251 to a point;
THENCE North 127. 5' to a point;
THENCE West 251 along the South line of a 151 alley to the point of beginning.

SECTION Z. THAT the City Secretary-Treasurer shall attest such
quit claim deed affixing the seal of the City of Lubbock thereto.
