Gilbreath dba R. C. Young Seed and Grain Company, are owners of Lot 13, Block 2, Morning Side Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock County, Texas, have requested that they be granted the use of a portion of Avenue E lying adjacent to the East side of said Lot 13 to be used in connection with the R. C. Young Seed and Grain Company business, and; WHEREAS, at this time it has been found and determined by the City Com- mission of the City of Lubbock that that portion of Avenue E lying adjacent to the East side pf Lot 13., ,Block 2, Morning Side Addition to the City of Lubbock as more particularly hereafter .described by metes and bounds, may be used by the R. C. Young Seed and Grain Company in its business and such use will not interfere with the public use of such street and the use contemplated will not create a hazardous and dangerous condition thereon, and; WHEREAS, the City Commission'finds that the request made by the R. C. Young Seed and Grain Company is reasonable .and will in no wise interfere with the public use of said street, NOW THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: THAT a license to use the West 17 feet of Avenue E between the North ine right-of-way line of 27th Street and the :South right-Of-wayCi f.the alley North of 27th Street, said tract of land being 142. 5 feet long and 17 feet wide and lying adjacent to the East sideaf Lot 13, Block 2, Morning Side Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock'County, Texas, be issued to the R. C. Young Seed and Grain Company, a partnership composed of Mrs. R. C. Young, W. D. Young, and J. O. Gilbreath, all according to the terms and conditions as shown on the copy of same which is attached hereto and made apart hereof and that the Mayor of the City of Lubbock BE .and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute for and in behalf of the City of Lubbock said license and that the original of same be delivered to the Licensee named therein upon their written acceptance of all covenants, terms and conditions therein stated.
