Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 071360V - License For Use Of Public Way - Trinity Baptist Church - Jefferson Ave Addition - 07/13/1960 JWF wg t RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it expedient to grant to Trinity Baptist Church of Lubbock, Texas, a license for use of a public way; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION FOR THE CITY OF LUBBOCK: SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor of the City of Lubbock is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of said City a license for use of public way, to-wit, an alley, from said City to Trinity Baptist Church of Lubbock, Texas for the purpose of laying and maintaining at least 2 feet below ground level the following: 9 hot and chilled water lines, none to exceed 4 inch pipe; one cold water supply line to be one inch pipe; 1 gas line to be 1 1/2 inch line; and 5 electrical conduits to be 3/4 inch conduits. at the following designated location: BEGINNING at a point in the South line of the alley in Block 1, Jefferson Avenue Addition, to the City of Lubbock, Lub- bock County, Texas, saidibeginning point being 6.67 feet West of the Northeast corner-of Lot 16, of said Block 1; THENCE West 8 feet; THENCE North 15 feet; THENCE East 8 feet; THENCE South 15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
