r RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW:
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Mackenzie Terrace (Tract "A") , made arrange-
ments with West Texas Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the
provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the ;subdivision plat
of Mackenzie Terrace (Tract "All) including the following streets:
The Access Road on the South side of Parkway Drive from the end of radius on
the North side of 4th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet East of
the East Property Line of the alley East of Mackenzie Terrace Tract "A",
known and designated as New Subdivision Number 582.
The North 1/2 of 4th Street from the East edge of paving on Quirt Avenue to its
intersection-with a line 2.5 feet East of the East Property Line of the alley
East of Mackenzie Terrace Tract "A", known and designated as New Subdivision
Number 583.
The North 1/2 of 4th Street from its intersection with a line 2.5 feet East of
the East Property Line .:of the alley East of Mackenzie Terrace Tract "A" to its
intersection with a line 7.4' West of the East Property Line of Vanda Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Number 560.
The South 1/2 of 4th Street from the East edge of paving on Quirt Avenue to its
intersection with the East Property Line of Mackenzie Terrace Tract "B" known
and designated as New Subdivision Number 587.
The South 1/2 of 4th Street from its intersection with the East Property Line
of Mackenzie Terrace Tract "B" to its intersection with the West Property Line
of the alley West of Mackenzie heights, known and designated as New Subdivision
Number 589.
The South 1/2 of 4th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line
of the alley West of Mackenzie Heights to its intersection with a line 7.4 feet
West of the East Property Line of Vanda Avenue, known and designated as New
Subdivision Number 588.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with City specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS.
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets be
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and he is hereby
authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of the cost and to
release escrow money.

II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
