RESOLUTION J' RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMF'ROVEMMTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW. WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City Ordinance 1331, the subdividers of Kuykendall Heights, Lots 1-30; 41 70; 81-310 made arrangements with Kerr and Middleton, Paving Contractors, for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions. of said Ordinance' prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of the tuykendall Heights Lots 1 30; 41-70; 81-310, including the following streets and avenues 43rd Street from its intersection with a line 16 feet East of the East Property Line of Utica Avenue to its intersection with a line 15 feet Went of the West Property Line of York Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 261. Utica Avenue from its intersection with the South Gutter Line of 42nd Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 43rd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 262. Utica Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 43rd Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of 43rd Street, known and designat as New Subdivision Unit Number 263. Vicksburg Avenue from its intersection with the South Gutter Line of 42nd Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of,North Property Line of 43rd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 264. Vicksburg Avenue 'from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 43rd Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South property tine of the alley South of 43rd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 265. Wayne Avenue from its intersection with the South Gutter Line of 42nd Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 43rd •Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 266. Wayne Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 43rd Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of the Alley South of 43rd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 267, York Avenue from its intersection with the South Gutter Line of 42nd Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North Property Line of 43rd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 265. York Avenue from its intersection with a lire 15 feet South of the South Property Line of 43rd Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of 43rd Street, known and desig- nated as New Subdivision Unit Number 269. + 050957L0 AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above- mentioned streets and avenues was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with City Specifications and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance Number 1331. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LDBBOCKs I. That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned avenues be, and the sane are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of cost.
