Allen Brothers Post No. 248 American Ingion of Lubbock,-Texas, a certain
tract of land now occupied by the Am rican Legion buiV ing of said Post;

BE IT RESOLVE BY TH'J CITY C01,11ISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
Allen Brothers Post No. 148 of thei American Legion, Lubbock, Texas,
is hereby"Authorized to sublet the promises known as the Allen Brothers
Post building, to the Young Womfn's Christian Association of Lubbock, Texas,
an affiliate of the-National organization, for a term not ^xceeding one
year from the 31st day of December, 1956, such use of said building to
b® limited to thn general conAuct of 1'. W. C. A. activities.
All rights granted by this Resolution shall terminate at mirinight,
December 31, 1957.
Passed by"unanimous vote of the City Commission of the City of Lubbock
