ti RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TMPPROVDWUS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR

AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331,the subdivider of Brookdale Addition, made arrangements f
the construction oi' paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of
the subdivision lat of a portion of Brookdale Addition, including the follow—
ing streets and%or avenues:
32nd Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Salem Avenue to
its intersection with a line 6 ft. `Nest of the West Property Line of Quaker
Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 270.
33rd Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Salem Avenue
to its intersection with a line 6 ft. West of the West Property Line of Quaker
Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 271.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above—
mentioned streets was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, an
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to hav
been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in accordance with
the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE.. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
be, and the same are hereby accepted.
II,
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by West
Texas Construction, Incorporated, Paving Contractors, under their
contract with the subdivider of Brookdale Addition in accordance
with New Subdivision Ordinance No. 1331 and find the improvements
on 32nd Street designated as New Subdivision Unit No. 270 and 33rd
Street designated as New Subdivision Unit No.2711 as listed on the
attaohed final estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications and recommend that you accept these
improvements.
