RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IPSPROV-D ENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW.
WHE EAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of
City Ordinance 1331, the subdividers of the Caprock Addition hots 543747
/ made arrangements with West Texas Construction, Incorporated, Paving
Contractors, for the construction of paving ;improvements on certain streets
dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance, prior to
the recording of the subdivision plat of the Caprock Addition Lots 543-7471
including the following streets and avenuesi
College Avenue Access Road from its intersection with the South Property Line
of alley North of 59th Street to its intersection with a line 15 ft. South of
the South Property Line of 62nd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 218.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of alley North
of 59th Street to its intersection with a line 151 North of the North Property
Line of 59th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 219.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 ft. South of the South
Property Line of 59th Street to its intersection with a line 15 ft. North of
the North. Property Line of 60th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 220.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 ft. South of the South
Property Line of 60th Street to its intersection with a line 15 ft. North of the
North Property Line of 61st Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 221.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 ft. South of the South
Property Line of 61st Street to its intersection with a line 15 ft. North of
the North Property Line of 62nd Street, known and designated as New Subdivision
Unit Number 222.
Canton Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of alley North
of 59th Street to its intersection with a line 15 ft. North of the North
Property Line of 59th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 223.
Canton Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 ft. South of the South
Property Line of 59th Street to its ir_.tersection with a line 15 ft. North of

60th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 229.
61st Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Nwnber 230.
62nd Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 231■
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets and avenues was performed under the supervision of the City
Engineer., and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and
found to have been constructed in accordance with City Specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance Number 1331.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONS-iISSION OF THE CITY OF
LUBBOCK:
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and
is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the Cityrs portion of cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.

Gentlemen;
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by 'West Texas
Construction, incorporated, raving Contractors, under their contract
with the subdivider of Caprock Addition Lots 543--747 in accordance
with New Subdivision Ordinance No. 1331 and find the improvements on
the streets and avenues designated as New Subdivision Unit Nos. 218,
219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 2283, 2292 230 and 231, as
listed on the attached final estimate sheet to have been completed
in accordance with plans and specifications and recommend the payment
to the contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated
final estimate ,sheet as being due him from the City, of Lubbock..
