THE CITY OF LUBBOGE, HDRE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS RESOLUTION.
r S, By Quit Claim Deed executed by the City of Lubbock on November 13,
19522 the City of Lubbock conveyed a tract of land to the LUBBOCK MILAM HOPS,
INC.; and,
WHE,IUAS, In said Quit-Claim Dead tough mistake and error, the property
r intended to be conveyed was incorrectly described; and,
a WHERF,AS, to prevent difficulties, it is expedient to correct said error
in description and properly describe the property conveyed to the LUBBOCK
ROW MILLM HOME, Inc.; NOW THERLFORS;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE, CITY OF LUBBOCKs
SECTION 1. That the Mayor BE and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a C;orrcction Quit Claim Deed conveying
to the LUBBOCK MILAM HOPS, INC. the following described propertys
.-� BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of: Lot No. 10, Block 1,
Nelson Heights Addition to the City of Lubbock, Lubbock
County, Texas;
THENCE West 50 feet to a point in the East Right-of-Why line
of the F. W. & D. R.R. right-of-way;
THENCE North 152.8 feet to a point;
THENCE East 50 feet to a point;
THENCE South 34#8 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 522 feet to a point situated in
the West right-of-way line of Avenue d;
THENCE South 16 feet to a point;
THENCE West 522 feet to a point;
THENCE South 132 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SECTION 2. The City Secretary Treasurer shall attest such conveyance affixing
the seal of the City of Lubbock thereto.
