ResolutionE SECTION 1. THAT the Mayor BE, and he is hereby authorized and direc-
6-19-56 . ted to execute for and on behalf of the City of Lubbock, as Lessor, a 15 year
lease agreement to the following described tract or parcel of land located in
Lubbock County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Section 12, Block A,
^, Lubbock County, Texas., under an East-West fence line, 810. 8
varas East of the Northwest corner of Section 12, and 1090 varas
West of the Northeast corner of Section 12, where there was a
3/4" iron pipe, and the Northwest corner of a 160 acre tract.

THENCE West along the North line of Section 12 and Section 13
(passing the Section Corner at 610.8 varas) a. distance of 868.2
