RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROMENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of Cityll
Ordinance 2331, the subdivider of Carlton Heights Addition made arrangements
for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in
said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording
of the subdivision plat of a portion of Carlton Heights Addition, including
the following streets and/or avenues:
61st Street from its intersection with the East Property Line of Avenue P to
its intersection with the West Lip Line of Avenue L, known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit No. 231.
Avenue L from its intersection with a line 2.51 feet South of the South
Property Line of the alley South of 60th Street to its intersection with a
line 2.51 feet South of the South Property Line of the alley South of 61st
Street,, known and designated as Nest Subdivision Unit No. 238.
AYD WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentions streets and/or avenues was performed under the supervision of the
City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspect
ed and found to have been constructed in accordance with city specifications
and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I,
That. the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and/or avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted,
II,
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.

Gentlemen:
1 have examined the paging improvemertta constructed by Test
Texas Construction, Inc., paving contractors,, under their contract
with the subdivider of Carlton Heights Addition, in accordance with
New Subdivision Ordinance No. -331 and find the improvements on
61st Street and Ivenue L designated as New Subdivision Unit Nos.
237 and 238 respectively, as listed on the attached final estimate
sheet, to have been completed in accordance with plans and specifica-
tions on said streets and/or avenues and recommend that you accept
said improvements.
