McMillan, et al, wherein the City of Lubbock was Impleaded Party Defendant, e11' delinquent taxes sued for therein upon Lot 15, Easley Subdivision of Block 37, -Roberts!and McWhorter Addition to the City of Lubbock, in Lubbock County, Texas,have been can- celled upon the tax rolls:of the City of Lubbock; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF .THE CITY OF LUBBOCK- THAT the Tax Assessor and Collector of the City of Lubbock BE, and he is hereby authorized and directed to cancel upon the tax rolls of the City / of Lubbock, the delinquent taxes shown to exist upon Lot 15 of the Easley Subdivison of Block 37, in the Roberts and McWhorter Addition to the City > of Lubbock, in Lubbock County, Texas, in accordance with the Judgment of record in Cause No. 5528'in the 99th District Court of Lubbock County, . / Texas. Attached hereto also are copies of the Answer of the City of Lubbock and the Judgment of the Court with respect to the above stated matter.
