RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMTS CE PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW.
WFS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdividers of the Caprock Addition made arrangements with
West Texas Construction, Incorporated, Paving Contractor, for the construction
of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in,said subdivision under
the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the subdivision plat
of the Caprock Addition, including the following streets and avenues:
52nd Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 137.
53rd Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 138.
54th Street from its intersection with the Fast Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 139.
55th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 140.
56th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 141.
57th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 14.2.
58th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Elgin Avenue to
its intersection with the West Gutter Line of College Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 143.
College Avenue Access Road (West Side) from the North Property Line of 52nd
Street to the South Property Line of the Alley South of 58th Street, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 144.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with South Property Line of 52nd Street to
its intersection with the North Property Line of 53rd Street, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 145.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 53rd Street
to its intersection with the North Property Line of 54th Street, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 146.
Boston Avenue from its intersection with the South Property Line of 54th Street
to its intersection with the North Property Line of 55th Street, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 3-47.

Gentlemen:
I have exmdned the paving improvements constructed by West
Texas Construction, Incorporated, under their contract with the
subdivider of the Caprock Addition in accordance with Ordinance No.
1331 and find that the improvements on the streets and/or averages
_ designated as New Subdivision Units 137, 138, 139, 10s 1141s 142s
143, U4, 145, 146.. 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155,
156, 157, 15$, 159, and 160, as listed on the attached final
estimate sheet to have been completed in accordance with plans and
specifications on said streets and/or avenues and recommend the
payment to the contractor the amount shown on the attached
consolidated final estimate sheet as being due him from the City
of Lubbock.

mentioned streets and avenues was performed under the supervision of the City
Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and
found to have been constructed in accordance with City Specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance Number 1331,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMHffSSION OF THE CITY OF
LUBBOCK:
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and
is hereby authorized to direct the payment of the City's portion of cost.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
