RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROV`E9ENTS ON PORTION OF STREETS, AND/OR
AVENUES AS LISTED BELOW,
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of Cit
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Murryhill Addition made arrangements for the
construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to the recording of
the subdivision plat of a portion of Murryhill Addition including the follow-
ing streets and/or avenues:
45th Street from its intersection with Vest Property Line of Knoxville Avenue
to its intersection with the West Gutter Line of Memphis Avenue, known and
designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 91.
46th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Knoxville
Avenue to its intersection with the West Gutter Line of Memphis Avenue, known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 92.
47th Street from its intersection with the Vest Property Line Knoxville Avenue
to its intersection with the West property Line of Nashville Avenue, known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 93.
48th Street from its intersection with the West Property Line of Knoxville
Avenue to its intersection with the West Property Line of Nashville.Avenue,
known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 94.
49th Street from its intersection with the East Gutter Line of Memphis Avenue
to its intersection with the West Property Line of Nashville Avenue, known
and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 95.
50th Street Access Road N-Side 50th Street from its intersection with the
Center Line Knoxville Avenue to its intersection with the Center Line of
Nashville Avenue, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit Number 96.
Knoxville Avenue from its intersection with the South property Line of 44th
Street (East Leg) to its intersection with a line 15 feet North of the North
Property Line of 46th Street, known and designated as New Subdivision Unit
Number 97.
Knoxville Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the
South Property Line of 46th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet
North of the North Property Line of 47th Street, known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit Number 98.
Knoxville Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the
South Property Line of 47th Street to its intersection with a line 15 feet
North of the North Property Line of 48th Street, known and designated as
New Subdivision Unit Number 99.
Knoxville Avenue from its intersection with a line 15 feet South of the
South Property Line of 49th Street to its intersection with a line 2.5 feet

the North Property Line of 50th Street, known and designated as New Subdivisio
Unit Number 110.
AND WIMPEASO the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets and/or avenues was performed under the supervision of the
City Engineer, and said improvements have been completed and have been
inspected and found to have been constructed in accordance with city specifi-
cations and in accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be
and is hereby authorized to direct payment of City's portion.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27TH DAY OF MAY, 1955.
