DIEKEMPER JR. , AND WIFE, LOU DIEKEMPER, A QUIT CLAIM DEED ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK TO THAT PORTION OF 19TH STREET IN THE CITY OF LUBBOCX AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THIS RESOLUTION. WHEREAS, it has been determined that that .portion of 19th Street, as more particularly described by metes and bounds hereinafter, is not being used and will not in the future be used or needed for street purposes or for any other public purpose; and, WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission of the City of Lubbock that it would be to the public interest to quit claim its interest in such land to Ray J. Diekemper, Jr. , and wife, Lou Diekemp�es; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF.LUBBOCK: i SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a quit claim deed to Ray J. Diekem- per, Jr. , and wife, Lou Diekemper, conveying its interest in the land described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the Sam G. Dunn �I �. Addition to the City of Lubbock; THENCE West 160. 0 feet to a point; THENCE North 10.0 feet to a point; THENCE East parallel to and 50. 0 feet distant from the centerline of West 19th Street a distance of 160.0 feet to a point; THENCE South 10.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION Z. That the City Secretary-Treasurer shall attest such quit claim deed, affixing the seal of the City of Lubbock thereto. On motion of Commissioner Bi�leer seconded by Com- missioner Forrest- , the foregoing Resolution was approved and passed this Il�th day of ..
