A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND DE
LIVER TO MRS. NEVA DZEN BAVOUSETT, A QUIT CLAIM DEED ON
MEHA.LF OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK TO THAT PORTION OF 19TH
STREET IN THE-CITY-OF LUBBOCK, AS'MORE PARTICULARLY DES-
CRIBED .IN THE BODY OF THIS RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, ''it-has been determined that that portion ,of 19th Street, as
more particularly described by and 'bounds hereinafter, is not being
j used and will not in the future be uEed or needed for street purposes or for
_any other public purpose; and,

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commistion of the City
�I of Lubbock that it would be to the public interest to quit claim its interest �I
in such land to MRS. -NEVA DEEM BA.VOUSETT; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE:CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK-
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
I' and deliver on behalf of the City of Lubbock, a quit claim deed to MRS. .NEVA
DEEN BAVOUSETT, conveying its interest in the land described as foltows:
TRACT� I�
BEGINNING at a concrete Highway marker in the Northwest
right-�of-way,line of the Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway i
Company (Seagraves''Branch);
THENCE Southwest along said Railway R.O. W. line a disc
Lance of 17.19 feet to a 'point;
THENCE West-a distance of 165.0 feet to a point,

THENCE North a distance of`10 feet to a point, said point
being 50 feet South of the centerline of State Highway
#290 as now constructed;
THENCE East a distance of 178.97 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING.
I TRACT 2:
BEGINNING at a �bint ,198.97 feet West of a concrete
Highway 'marker;in the Northwest right-of-way line of
the Panhandle and Santa Ft Railway Company (Seagraves
f� Branch);
1 THENCE South a distance of 10 feet to A. point;
M THENCE West a distance of 67. 03 feet'to a point;
THENCE North a distance of 10. 0 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 67. 03 feet to the :PLACE
OF BEGINNING.
SECTION2. That the City Secretary-Treasurer shall attest such quit
claim deed, ' affixing the,seal of the City of Lubbock thereto.
