RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IEFROVEDIENTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AIZ/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW. �
WHEREAS; in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 1331, the subdivider of Replat of Blocks 14, 22 and 23 of Tyndale
Acres made arrangements for the construction of paving improvements on certain
fstreets dedicated in said subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance
prior to the recording of the subdivision plat of a portion of Replat of Blocks
14, 22 and 23 of Tyndale Acres, including the following street:
Avenue A Access Street on west side of Avenue from its intersection with
the North Property Line of 54th Street to its intersection with the South
Property Line of both Street, known and designated as Unit No. N-S 89.
AND WHEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above—
mentioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
said improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in accordance with th
provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be,
and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is hereby authorize
to direct payment of the City+s portion.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1955.

Gentlemen:
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Warren and
Purtell, Inc:, under their contract with the Subdivider of Ridplat
of Blocks 3 4., 22 and 23 'of Lyndale Acres in accordance with Ordl nee
No. 1331 and find that the improvements on- the street designated
as New Subdivision Unit No. 89, as listed on the attached final
estimate sheet, to have been completed in accordance with plans and
specifications on said street, and recommend the payment to the
contractor the amount shown on the attached consolidated final
estimate sheet as being due him from. the City of Lubbock.
