TEXAS, THAT: The Engineer of the City be, and he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City estimates showing cost of Improvements in each Unit, showing the description of the property abutting upon each unit with the names of the owners of such property and the amounts proposed to be assessed against each parcel of property showing other matters and things, it being specially provided, however, that any mistake in 'ouch estimates *or in amounts and in the descriptions of property or names of owners shall in no prise affect, invalidate or Impair any assessment which may be levied. �� 4•:.] � 1 I 7 is TT.
