RESOLUTIM
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVdTS ON.PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES
,AS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS., in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City
Ordinance 133 the subdivider of Lortondale Addition made arrangements for the
construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions of said Ordinance prior to.the recording of the
subdivision plat of a portion of Lortondale Addition, including the following
street:
47th Street from its intersection with the West Butter Line of College Avenue
to a line 151 west of West Property Line of. Akron Avenue, known and designated
as New Subddivision Unit No. 82.
AND WHMIFM, the construction of the above -improvements on the above—
tioned street was performed under the supervision of the City Engineer, and
d improvements have been completed and have been inspected and found to have
n constructed in accordance with ,city specifications and in accordance with the
visions of City Ordinance 1,331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned street be,
the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is hereby authorized
direct payment of the City's portion.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its

Gentlemen.
I have examined the paving improvements constructed by Kerr and
Middleton under their contract with the Subdivider of Lortondale
Addition in accordance with Ordinance No. 1331 and find that the
improvements on the street designated. as New Subdivision Unit No.
82, as listed on the attached final estimate sheet, to have been
completed in accordance with plans and specifications on said
street, and recommend the payment to the contractor the amount
shorn on the attached consolidated final estimate sheet as being
due him from the City of Lubbock.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INPROME dTS ON PORTIONS OF STREETS, AND/OR AVENUES
AS LISTED BELOW.
WHEREAS, in conformance with the paving requirement provisions of City I
Ordinance 133y the subdivider of 'Dollie-Mac' Addition No. 2 made arrangements
for the construction of paving improvements on certain streets dedicated in said
subdivision under the provisions 'of said Ordinance prior to the recording of the
subdivision plat of a portion of Dollie-Mac Addition No. 2, including the
following streets and/or avenues:
49th Street from a line 151 east of the ,Fast Property Line of Avenue W to a i
line 151 west of West Property Line of Avenue X. known and designated as New
Subdivision Unit No. 88.
AND WBEREAS, the construction of the above improvements on the above-
mentioned streets and/or avenues was performed under the supervision of the City
Engineer, and said improvements -have been completed and have been inspected and
found to have been constructed in accordance with city specifications and in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance 1331,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS
I.
That the improvements on said portions of the abovementioned streets
and avenues be, and the same are hereby accepted and the City Engineer be and is
hereby authorized to direct payment of City+s portion.
II.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
